Know which parts should be lubricated
Lubrication maintenance is not applicable to every part of garage door. According to our maintenance experts, it should only be done on the hinges, the chains connecting the door to the opener system, and the extension and torsion springs. Also, there shouldn’t be excessive lubricant application as drips may go to parts that should not be lubricated.
